They don't know when to quit calling...

We called TruGreen for a free lawn analysis. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate. We were told someone would be calling us. The calls started the same day with them telling us they were calling to setup service. I told them we were still in the process of selecting a lawn service and would wait until all estimates were in. Unfortunately, the girl with whom I spoke did not pass this information along because I continued to get phone calls trying to set up service.
One day someone from their service called to apologize and said he misunderstood. He claimed we said we wanted service setup. I explained we were only asking for an estimate and if we liked their estimate best, we would call them.
Apparently, they did not want to wait for a call from us because the phone calls continued, some up to 9PM at night.
I have finally written a letter to the company asking them to stop the plethora of calls we are receiving daily and nightly. Hope the letter will get our point across.

The perfect example of Christensen's dislike for his employees is his support for managers such as Dave Myers in Malvern, Kevin Rankine in Warminster and Bob Recktenwald in South Jersey. If you know these jerks, It is enough said.

I have felt for several years that Roger Christensen is a ***. Once, at a Christmas party, he asked my wife " were you not thinner when you got married". It was uncalled for, and I had to deal with hurt feelings for several years as a result of his inconsideration. I hope the powers that are at TruGreen and Service Master plan on dealing with him. As far as Mike Matejik is concerned. He not only has cheated on his wife several times. He has consistantly tried to get the office manager at the Malvern facility to enter in to an affair with him.

Man, I am so glad that people have the guts to expose the fraud perpetrated by that *** Roger Christensen. He HATES I mean HATES his employees. In my opinion, he should leave TruGreen and not seek employment anywhere else, unless he has received counseling. He really needs to come to terms with his general dislike for people. Wilmington,DE branch manager Mike Matejik is an evil wife cheating ***.

Go to the search option on this web site and type trugreen. This will reveal much more compplaints about this dishonest company and these two dishonest people.

Could not agree with Eric more. This company is the pits. They will harass you just 15 days after an application to your lawn. Most companies will wait at least 30 days. Again, both Christensen and Matejik need to be dealt with, they are horrible human beings. I have heard that Chrisensen generally dislikes his employees and Matejik consistantly cheats on his wife.

This company is awful. They treat their employees terribly. I worked there 14 years... yes 14 years, I was demoted and thrown out like a bag of trash.
I would recommend never going with their service, as you stated, they don't know when to quit calling. They will harass you to buy. If you do not pay your bill in 15 days- they will again harass you to pay. This company *** and so does NJ region V.P. Roger Christensen, he is a dishonest politician and so is his Wilmington branch Manager Mike Matejik.
